Electric honey extractor with motor (90 watts)
The honey extractor is made of food-safe stainless steel (material number 1.4301) in Europe.
This professional, semi-automatic honey extractor has a durable and robust quality.
It is operated via the control unit and is convenient, simple and very precise. The controls consist of an on/off switch and a power regulator. A clamp attached to the drive secures the open lid so that it cannot fall shut unintentionally during loading and unloading.
The stainless steel bars used for the mesh basket come from the manufacturer Hagener Feinstahl® and are slightly curved inwards. This means that the basket is sprung to prevent honeycomb breakage. The entire interior of the bowl is made of stainless steel (type 1.4301). This material guarantees food safety.
The feet are made of stainless steel (type 1.4301) and have a fixing option so that nothing wobbles or slips.
The honey extractor has a safety device from Schmersal, which is attached under the handle. The safety device has protection class IP 67 (protected against water, oil and dust).
As soon as the lid is opened during operation, the spinning process is interrupted. Once the lid is closed, the motor restarts.
A food-safe rubber seal is fitted for the pinch tap.
The centrifuge has a robust housing with ball bearings to hold the basket axle.
The pinch tap is located at the lowest point of the base. The base is inclined towards the outlet tap. The honey runs out of the extractor on its own and without tedious tipping.
The height of the feet can be adjusted in two stages so that larger containers can also fit under the extractor.
The use of an electric honey extractor has many advantages for beekeepers and honey lovers. With an electric honey extractor, the honey can be extracted from the combs faster and more efficiently without damaging the combs or heating the honey. An electric honey extractor also saves time and energy as it does not have to be operated by hand. An electric honey extractor is therefore a worthwhile investment for anyone who wants to regularly harvest and process honey.
There are various types of electric honey extractors, which differ in size, performance and features. Depending on the number of combs to be extracted at the same time, you can choose between radial and tangential extractors. Radial extractors can hold more combs and do not need to be turned, while tangential extractors are gentler on the combs. The performance of an electric honey extractor depends on the speed and the motor. A higher speed means faster extracting, but also a higher load on the combs. The motor should be quiet and durable. An electric honey extractor can be equipped with additional functions such as a timer, speed control or automatic switch-off.
An electric honey extractor is a practical and useful appliance for all beekeepers and honey lovers. It makes honey harvesting easier and ensures high honey quality. An electric honey extractor is therefore a good choice for anyone who wants to enjoy or sell their own honey.
