Payment methods

We offer the following payment options. Simply select the payment method that suits you best. The prices stated in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you have to pay additional taxes (e.g. for intra-Community purchases) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to us as the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be called up on the "Shipping costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.

Payment by bank transfer

A bank transfer is a manual payment where you transfer money to our bank account. A clear purpose must be specified for the transfer. A bank transfer takes one to two working days on average. With a real-time bank transfer, your payment amount will be credited to us immediately. Since this payment method, unlike all other payment methods, does not incur any fees for us, we pass the cost savings on to you in the form of a discount of 2% on the total amount.

Payment by SOFORTÜberweisung or Giropay

In the case of instant bank transfer or payment by Giropay, we as the retailer receive a payment confirmation immediately after you have confirmed the previously completed payment form. This is possible for all customers with online banking and requires no further registration.

Payment by credit card and debit card

After completing the order in our webshop, the securely encrypted payment form opens.
The following credit cards are accepted:

• Mastercard
• American Express

Payment with ApplePay

After completing the order in our webshop, the securely encrypted ApplePay payment form opens.

Payment with PayPal

After submitting the order, you will be redirected to PayPal. Click on the "Pay" button there to finalise the order. To be able to pay via PayPal, you need a PayPal account.

• The goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received payment and all items are available.
• A different delivery address can only be entered before completing the order process, after which a change is no longer possible.
• When paying by PayPal, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order process has been completed.
• Whether payment by instalments is possible is shown in the order and payment information on the PayPal page after the order has been sent. We have no influence on this.
• It is not possible to offset product-related vouchers (discount campaigns using a code) against express payments.
