Shipping costs Germany
For reasons of transparency, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for every order within Germany, regardless of the order quantity and order value, of 7,90 € per order (except honey extractors etc.). Shipping is always carried out by DPD. Delivery to DHL/Deutsche Post packing stations is generally not possible. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive a DPD tracking number with which you can track your parcel and select the desired delivery options (drop-off location, delivery to a neighbour or DPD parcel shop, etc.). The parcel delivery time is 1 to 4 working days after handover to DPD.
Shipping costs EU-abroad
For every order to other European countries, our system calculates the costs for international shipping, the cheapest shipping method and the cheapest shipping service provider (DPD or UPS) for you. The costs for your ordered products and the shipping costs are displayed directly in the shopping basket. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive a DPD tracking number with which you can track your parcel and select the desired delivery options (drop-off location, delivery to a neighbour or DPD Parcel Shop, etc.). The parcel delivery time is 2 to 6 working days after handover to DPD or UPS.

Delivery to Switzerland

MyShopping.ch is the perfect shipping solution to Switzerland. All customs formalities and delivery to your front door will be taken care of for a small fee.
Please note that due to the processing via MyShopping.ch a refund of VAT is generally not possible because customs clearance is carried out by MyShopping.ch takes place.

Delivery time
From receipt of payment, the delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days within Germany and 3 to 7 working days abroad.
Forwarding articles
Due to their size or weight, some items are dispatched as freight forwarding items. A delivery date will be agreed with you by the forwarding agent.
Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket when you order online. If you have provided us with your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will receive a confirmation of the delivery time. We will also use your e-mail address to send you other helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and returns confirmations or free payment reminders.
Delays
If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.
Consignment splitting
If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the consignment, i.e. you will receive the available items and the delayed items will follow in a separate parcel. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you of the dispatch of your order in several parcels with a delivery confirmation.
Logistics partner
We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.
Consignment tracking
You can use your parcel ID number/shipment number to find out the current status of your parcel at any time if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on parcel tracking in your delivery confirmation by e-mail or from our customer service by telephone.
